How We Record and Track Donations

A short note on how donations are logged, so supporters can see that help reached a program.

At Navnikunj Foundation, we believe that transparency and accountability are essential when it comes to charitable contributions. Every donation represents the trust and support of a donor, and we take care to maintain a clear record of each contribution so that it can be properly identified, verified, and connected with the programs we run for the community.

When a supporter makes a donation through our website, the donation details are recorded in our system. This includes important information such as the **donor's name, donation amount, and payment reference**. The payment reference is recorded once the transaction is successfully confirmed by **Razorpay**, helping our team distinguish genuine completed payments from unsuccessful or incomplete transactions.

Our administrative team can view donation records through a dedicated admin section. **Successful payments and unfinished checkouts are maintained separately**, making it easier for the team to identify which contributions have actually been received and which payment attempts were not completed.

These records also help our team maintain better accountability when distributing support through different foundation programs. For example, donations may contribute toward **school kits for children, free health camps, educational support, or family relief initiatives**. Maintaining an organized record allows the team to match contributions with the appropriate program and maintain an accurate history of financial support.

The donation record is therefore more than just a payment entry. It forms part of our internal accountability process and helps ensure that every confirmed contribution can be properly tracked from the moment it is received through the program it supports.

We are committed to maintaining responsible donation records and using every contribution with care, transparency, and respect for the trust placed in us by our supporters.
